Remi has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive cooks. Every post and profile has a report action and a block action, reported content is hidden instantly, and we remove content and eject offending accounts within 24 hours of a report. Read the terms and privacy policy.
Common questions
- How do I report a post, comment or cook?
- Tap the ••• button on any post or profile, choose Report, and pick a reason. Reported content is hidden immediately and reviewed within 24 hours.
- How do I block someone?
- Tap ••• on their post or profile and choose Block. Their posts, comments and messages disappear from your app instantly, and we're notified so we can review them.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. Your posts, recipes, pantry and messages are removed.
- My photos won't upload
- Check that Remi has photo and camera permission in iOS Settings, then try again on Wi-Fi. If it still fails, email us with the phone model and iOS version.
- The pantry scan misread my receipt
- AI estimates are best guesses. Tap any pantry item to correct the name, quantity or expiry by hand.
